Today is the last day of May and I can’t believe how fast it’s gone by.  I’ve been very busy this past month so I’ve decided to write about some events that particularly stand out in my mind.

MEMORIAL DAY.  My wife and I attended a Memorial Day Ceremony at Thousand Oaks-Westlake Village, California.  Many families showed up. The event was stirring and a friend of mine sang in the choral group.  The U.S. Airforce band also played for the appreciative crowd.  The highlight of the day was when a man who left the Army in 1945 received his long overdue medals.  He could barely walk but stood proud.

I’m busy working on Atlas Shrugged Part ll, and I will add to this blog in a day or two.
